The time and the day and the date and not a micron of superfluous design. An ink black face in matte graphite steel case accent this latest, moody debut of the 2024 collection from Junghans. This is the same essential design first launched in 1961 from Junghans under the helm of Bauhaus alum Max Bill. Featuring trademark typography and ever-mimicked perfect proportions, this recent release further honors the 100th anniversary of the Bauhaus with an exhibition case back, etched in relief of the original building, allowing for view of the internal automatic movement. Vibrant red date and hands are a fresh nod to modern design's most effective pioneers. This style is also available to purchase in store.
