About the Designer

A pioneer of the Italian glove industry, Portolano began manufacturing in Naples in 1895. The family legacy of Fortunato Portolano is carried on today through the 4th generation, who continue to run the company with a selection of high-quality leather and knitwear bearing the Portolano standard of excellence.
