About the Designer

Noted milliner Albertus Swanepoel got his start in South Africa, before making his way to New York in 1989. He crafts sophisticated, high-quality hats in his Manhattan studio, pairing time-honored techniques with contemporary styling. Always made by hand and often incorporating vintage materials, each hat is completely one-of-a-kind.
