With 14k gold plated hardware, these vintage-inspired frames are designed by the masters of modern subtlety. Designed in Montréal and handmade in Japan, these refined frames boast base 4 CR39 lenses, custom seven-barrel riveted hinges and exquisite manufacturing from the signature engraved wire core to the softly-sculpted acetate bridge.

About this Designer
Known for its distinctive aesthetic, Lunetterie Générale designs timeless eyewear to follow you everywhere you go. In this quest to revive the vintage repertoire, they use only precious materials and made-to-measure components to create uncompromising spectacles meant to last a lifetime. Since 2017, they have aimed to pay tribute to the simplicity of classic shapes and focuses on fit and comfort.
All frames are handmade in Japan and require the coordination of over 8 specialized artisans. Quality control is carried out under the watchful eye of an eyewear maker who ensures that the highest standards are met at all manufacturing steps. Once received, each frame is calibrated with care at their headquarters in Canada. All the designs are imagined at Lunetterie Générale’s atelier in Montréal.
